Signature Massage

Signature massage is a session customized to you. The modalities will range from relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release,stretching,cupping ,hot stones, and gua sha. All sessions come with complimentary essential oils that will be used throughout your massage unless specified otherwise. Together we can get you on a schedule that will help aid in more flexibility, less tension and boost your energy while limproving your mood.
